I have done a lot of reading about the various mesh barriers and it is
hard to find definate data comparing one to another. But it pretty much
appears to me that these disolvable barriers should be "tacked" down or
sewed in so they do not migrate.
That being said, I wonder if someone knowledgable can tell me what the
difference is between a fibrin product, gel, etc. These obviously must
be very thick as there is nothing to hold the liquid in place except
it's "sticky" characteristics.
