Second adhesions removal surgery, how to reduce reformation risk?

I've had two hernia operations and one adhesions removal op following that, but the adhesions seems to have returned now, i'm in moderate pain and have regular constipation.

In about 14 days I will be getting another adhesions removal surgery and I am looking for infomation on how to reduce the risk of the adhesions reforming and I was hoping someone here might have some advice or guidelines on this, if any are available at all. So far I havn't had much luck finding any on my own.
