Hi Kimberly: Please get a referral to a pain management physician. Make sure that she treats abdominal pain. Some do and some don't. I don't know where you live but if you would let us all know the area where you are, perhaps someone could email you with a name. Do this on Tuesday. Don't wait any longer. You deserve some semblance of a life.

When you go to the pain specialist, be very specific about your pain and what aggravates it. Be open to any treatment they want to try. Whatever you do, do NOT mention addiction or withdrawal. They don't like it. And besides, you're not now nor have you ever been a drug addict. You possibly had a physical dependence at one time and there is a world of difference between the two.

Feel free to email me ANYTIME at all if you want to talk, vent, complain or even whine. I mean it.
