Since my first surgery in 1975 I think I have seen every type of Dr there is to see I think they pass you around to avoid admitting they do not understand adhesions or do not want to tell you that to their knowledge nothing can be done except surgery After 11 surgeries and many many many Drs, and test I am not any better off and still have no quality of life and I am not getting any younger I would have to agree with the others the only way of getting help is to start voicing our pain and keep it going till we win After all it took only one woman to get the Lord's Prayer kick out of public schools surely us as a loud group could be heard

GOD's Blessings to You your e-buddy Rheta

Hello everyone, I am new here. I have been diagnosed with adhesions may 2008 after of course the 2 years running around to different doctors, and thinking maybe I am crazy. In aug 2008 I had a hysterectomy in which the doctor said he saw more adhesions from where my gallbladder was removed but he would not touch them. Now again I am in pain. Went to the doctor and was told there is now blood in the urine. I did the whole follow up with the urologist to find nothing wrong, he suggested to go to the gastro doctor. Did that, has a colonoscopy with revealed I hhave adhesions on the bowel. I need to know if there is a doctor who deals with adhesions or do I continue to see a specialist for evey organ? I appreciate all of your help. Thank you, Melissa
