What if we all invest in the companies that manufacture the products? Our financial support could make the products more readily available and cost effective. (In my utopian mind) We can take our proceeds and use them for our next surgeries! Thanks, Mark, for staying on top of the business end of the spray-gels.

Here's a link to a marketing report about adhesion barriers. Apparently it's going to be big business, soon. Maybe that's good. But the report also highlights some of the product failures. That's interesting to me.
