I had surgery December 12th and it is now January 20th and I still can't
drive, I am still taking a lot of pain pills and can barely move my arm.
I had to have another steroid shot last week and they delivered a CPM
chair that I am supposed to sit in 5 to 6 hours a day and adjust one
degree every 30 minutes. I am going crazy! I am so depressed! Oh yeah,
I forgot to mention, I am allergic to NSAID's so I can't take Motrin or
Celebrex or anything that might help keep the swelling down. Does
anyone know of anything I can take herbally to help or anything else I
can do? I am going to run out of leave time soon and I can't afford to
lose my job. I am willing to try just about anything. Thanks for
