I started feeling pain approximately 8 years after a compete hysterectomy.
Suffered with it for about 2 years until I was unable to get off the couch.
That is when the DR. decided to do a lap and look to see what was causing
the pain. Of course, it was adhesions. I did not have a history of them.
So, yes it can be possible 11 years after surgery to have adhesion problems
and yes, it is possible after only one surgery, in my opinion.

Hello All. Is it possible to develop adhesions after just one surgery?
Also, I didn't develop these problems until 11 years after the surgery.
Is this outside of the norm? Thanks.
