Anyone try deep tissue massage?

I am/Was a massage therapist... this is a very good thing that you have found.. actually..you would not even need deep tissue to find some relief.. eveyone can benefit from massage for this illness... One thing.. the therepist must make sure that they massage in the correct direction clockwise (if I clock were ON your stomach..and they massage your stomach.. picture the 12 in between your breast... 6 at your naval..massage clockwise).. if you massage your stomach.. and then..there is no need for deep tissue... I have been unable to do massages myself..and therefore no longer have the money for them..but know that there was great benefit when I was doing them...
