hi i have just read your e-mail and i truly feel for you! i myself suffer from adhesions. the best thing you can do is stay far away from surgery unless it is life threatening. i have not had any medications that work for my pain. i suffer from depression, bloating, constipation, diarrhea and of course pain. i rarley take meds beacause of vomiting and stomach upset. i filed for social security disability in january of 2005 and am now awaiting a hearing date. i am 36 years old and have an 8 year old and 4 year old, i am not the parent i wish i could be. this has robbed my children of their mother. my husband left the army because they refused to deal with my medical problems. i could not watch my children while medicated, we had no other choice but my husband to care for them. needless to say he left the army (fort hood texas, we are still in texas)and he is the sole provider. i cannot get medical insurance and currently going without. there are alot of us and we must continue to get this out about the pain and suffering that we go through. one day this will be recognized and taken more seriously.....

good luck! linda
