Thanks Everyone! As it turns out, it's not the gall bladder. It's part of the large insestine periodically blocking up causing the pain. I don't know which is worse: knowing that you will continue to have this pain for a long time to come or have a quick but rather scary laparascopy. As stupid as it sounds, I just don't know whick is worse.
