Hi there. I just stumbled across your posting on an adhesions barrier message board about how Surgiwrap did not dissolve for you. I don't know what else you have found out since you posted and any information you could share with me would be greatly appreciated but I have to share my experience with you.
I had it put in on March 8th 2006. I had surgery again on May 22nd because I was basically on my death bed and no one could figure out why. Turned out that part, if not the majority of the problem was because the surgiwrap had "fallen off" and gathered in clumps around my ovaries. I also had severe inflammation throughout my abdominal cavity from it. Ever since it's been removed and replaced with Seprafilm I've felt 500% better. I hope that things are going better for you and I hope to hear back from you soon.
