I have read a little about this and wonder if when you take it,it cramps
like prune juice and Milk of Magnesia.I don't take laxatives at all and
the others really hurt.What about Miralax?I had hernia surgery last June
and the surgeon said he removed only a few adhesions but for some reason
I feel they are back in force or either a new hernia.Opinions on Miralax
please and if fiber is bad or good.Thanks.Susan
