My doctor had an imteresting approach at my las adhesion surgery - He used a barrier and gave me steroids, antibiotics, anti-inflammatories and had me rolling on the floor to try and loosen the adhesions before they attached to an organ. It worked as my next surgery showed that I had fewer adhesions. Unfortunately, the stupid DR removed endo and didn't bother to use a barrier or the same precautions because he said my adhesion problem was licked. I was so furious with him. My adhesions have since returned but I doubt I will ever surgery again unless I have a life-threatening situation. You just can't trust most Drs to think clearly or use their common sense.
