I think the record for most c-sections is 13. I had 3, but my first
child was natural. Both my Sisters had a c-section and then had natural
child birth. Smaller towns/cities are still in the belief, once a
c-section always a c-section. Every type of surgery leaves a person
with the possiblities of problems with adhesions. People like us tend
to grow more adhesions than the average person. Neither one of my
sisters have/had problems with adhesions and neither has my Mom who has
had a few abdominal surgeries. My Dad had a hernia surgery somewhere
around his testicals many years ago (around 1978-79) and then a few
years later they thought he had testical cancer, but it turned out to be
scar tissue. He didn't have any pain associated with it that I know of.
I think that it is a personal decission if you want to have another baby
knowing that you will have to have a c-section and run the risk of
adhesions/more adhesions.
