I'm a 39 year young man. I first started having problems when I was 23.
I'm happy to say after 16 years and 22 operations later i'm doing very
well. Your doctor is very wrong on operating. I never had a complete
blockage.But you need to remember that every time you are cut open you
will develope adhesions. It is an endless cycle. Do not get started on
it. To my understanding they have some barriers they can place in
during the operation. Adhesions start to grow before you are in
recovery.And stop about 6 weeks later. I think you are going to have
problems from your gastrip bypass. You are really going to have to look
out for the foods that can cause gas. Anything green will cause gas.
Any bean,oil saturated fats, deep fried or pan fried. will and does
cause gas. I know what you mean we you have gas and pain. Nobody knows
what that fills like. I will pray for you. Please take my advice on
the gas food.
