YOU are not worthless and MY mother is the exact same way. Find a really smart doctor that really knows about adhesions. I would go to the biggest city nearest to u for most local doctors dont have a clue. I am so glad for mine knowing about them. Don't have surgery but find Pain Management and maybe trigger point injections to release the pressure. God Bless you and Good Luck!
