Yvone, I know that your pain is bad but from experience, the more I stay in bed, it seems the worse the pain and depression from the pain gets. Believe me, I know what you are experiencing. I have had three surgeries for adhesions.
I got the IBS diagnosis also before I was diagnosed with adhesion disease. So, you need to get referred to a good pain management dr. and please try and stay busy. Don't go and have surgery either if you can. You may get temporary relief but eventually it will return and maybe worse. Kelly
