I did have my ovaries attached to my bowel by adhesions. I, unfortunately, ignored the pain too long and by the time my gyne did a lap to check it out, the ovaries turned black and gangrenous from lack of blood flow. They had to be removed, and now on top of all my intestinal and adhesion problems, I have major hormonal imbalances. Please make sure you have your gyne do an internal pelvic ultrasound ASAP. They'll be able to see it on there if they move together when they are pressed on. Good luck,
