Hey Janine..... The only reason that I found out that I had adhesions, was from my pain that I have been having during my cycle and ovulation. Thats why my obgyn did the laparoscope. It wasn't for anything else, and then he got in there, and had to stop, because he couldn 't get anywhere. Where would I find an "Adhesion Specialists"? So cysts do cause Adhesions? I get one of those every month, and it hurts really bad...hmm...maybe thats it... Not sure....

I'll ask my gyn when I see him for my pre-op on thursday...

I think i'm going to go ahead with the laparotomy, that way he can also reconstruct my fallopian tubes, ovary's, bladder, colon, etc.... What should I expect following the laprotomy, he's (my obgyn) is also going to use a barrier to prevent them from forming again. Thanks, Amy
