I have been living with adhesion pain for the past 15 years. I had a hystercotomy 2 years ago and it left me in so much pain that I could no longer walk. I haven't been able to go grocery shopping since than or take care of my children.
I had to cut down at work as well.
Well in Dec. I went to the Mayo clinic in ROchester MN. and they reccomanded to me that I come back to their pain management clinic. Its a 3 week program and they teach you how to live without meds!! I have been taking perocet and oxycontin for 4 years straight. Well I'm here at the clinic and its been 1 week and I am excersing again, no longer taking perocet and cut back on the oxycontin.
