I have no great advice for you, I wish I did. I just feel for you and am going through the same thing. It's been four years for me too, since my last cesarean - nothing but problems. The last laporoscopy the doc removed a wall of scar tissue from my bladder connecting to my uterus.

Needless to say, everytime I peed, it would be a stabbing burning pain.

Because of massive adhesions at my belly button they won't do another laporoscopy, and they want to open my cesarian scar and take out my uterus(hysterectomy) and put in "interceed" to hopefully slow the adhesions. I don't know that this is the right thing to do, as I am only 29. Anyways, like I said - i have nothing positive to pass on to you except i know how frustruated and exhausted you probably are, and I really needed to vent. I'll keep you in my prayers, Kari from Oregon
