Cindy, My personal advice to you is to not have any more surgery unless you are in so much pain, you can't handle it anymore. You should seek a pain specialist who can help you control the pain you are in and get you at a level that you feel comfortable enough to get you through the day. Unfortunatley, the more surgery you have the worst it will become, because the adhesions form right away the minute the surgeon sutures the abdomin. There is no cure at the present, but there are many medical establishment facalities that are all trying to find ways in preventing adhesions from forming in the first place.

I work with a pain specialist myself for about 4 yrs now and I can personally attest that he has helped me a great deal in controlling the 24/7 pain I experience. Working with a pain specialist has helped me take control of my life for the time being until there is somehow a cure.

I hope this advice will be of some help to you. Dee
