Hi Jools...I wish I could offer you an answer or solution but I can only
offer sympathy to your situation. I have an appointment today to
discuss this exact thing with my oncologist. I know I have no choice
than to have a large open incision to remove endometriosis but also know
(since having a lap 2 weeks ago) that the adhesions are horrific. I
know they are going to suggest a radical hysterectomy and I am leaning
against it because I fear the adhesions attaching to other vital organs.
If it were not for the endometriosis having to be removed, I would
choose not to even have surgery and just live with the adhesions at this
point rather than having the major surgery.
