Thank you for the input Max. I believe you are right about the diet and exercise. I have found a new doctor, who after we get the pain under control, wants me to start a exercise routine. He feels walking really helps with adhesions. He also feels Yoga helps too. As you do gentle stretching. I think I will try the diet angle too. It can't hurt.
