The pain comes on about 15-30 minutes after I first get out of bed. Can stand for a few hours before the pain gets bad enough to send me back to bed.

It feels like a hot poker right through my body. It depends on how much I try to do. But most days by 4:00-5:00 I have to lay flat in bed. At times it's so bad that I can see my stomach pulsing because the pain is so bad.

Sitting causes pain instantly. Standing is even better than sitting. Some days it doesn't matter if I do nothing more than trips to the bathroom.

It will still cause me to have pain within an hour. It gets bad enough that I had to teach my family not to sit on my bed. Just the movement of someone sitting down, any jerking seems to make the pain worse. I have 5 year old twins and have taught them to only to give me kisses and to only hug me on my shoulders.
