Just wanted to let you all know that it was not "peppermint" oil, but actually some kind of pepper oil that I'm using to rub on the sites of the adhesion pain. The active ingredient is "capsaicin" and I've just started using it. It burns, kind of, and tingles when you apply it but it's definitely better than the pain and it does help. It's recommended for arthritis pain mostly. I also found a cheaper "off-brand" of this that's not too expensive (the Zostrix was $20/tube and this other is $10). You just have to ask your pharmacist and they are always very helpful. Take Care!
