I had intercostal nerve blocks(4 shots in my back) It didn't help, only made it worse. I am now on Percocet, and Methadone for the pain. There has got to be a way to get help here in the US for adhesions. I just don't understand it in this day, and age. Good luck to you, and if I can help, just let me know. Take care, Cheryl
