Hi Kristine;

You should seek the help of an experienced pain management doctor, along with possibly a deep tissue massage therapist, and an acupuncturist. You should not consider surgery unless it is life threatening. Pain mgmt. doctors are having a harder and harder time believing patients who come in with adhesions, since the only "test" they show up on normally is through actual viewing of them (laprascopic surgery).

Read as much as you can on adhesions, and choose your path wisely. So many people have paid for repeat surgery, especially ones that remove adhesions, only to make them worse off.

Best of luck towards your pain free days!
