Yes, you can still conceive with adhesions, it may take a bit longer, but the possibility is there. I am an adhesion suffer who was able to get pregnant. Just try to make sure that if/when you get pregnant that you are able to have a natural birth, because since you may be susceptible to adhesions, a c-section will cause a lot more of them. I went to a fertility specialist last week. He did an ultrasound and said that I may have adhesions because my left ovary is attached to my uterus.
