Hi, I know you are going to think I am crazy when I tell you this but, the best thing I ever did was get off all those pain meds. I could NEVER go to the bathroom and I was miserable all the time. I went to a German lady Doctor who would still give me the meds, ( I refused them) but told me to use alot of heat and swim and get in a hot tub and get massages, and it worked so well, I have had 17 abdominal surgeries so I know pain very well, I have tremendous abdominal adhesions but this worked for me. my stomach has gone down completely and I feel a lot better.. my 2 cents wishing you pain med and pain free days,
