Five years later, i feel a stiff, painful, lower left lung, that pulls when I move my torso. That pulling sensation is the hallmark of my frozen pelvis from the abdominal adhesion.
it ocurred to me perhaps the adhesion is creeping up and has reached my lung.
any thought would be much appreciated.
