Hi, I had my colectomy due to a mysterious deterioration of the nerve
sensation in my colon. I have lived with daily, tolerable pain for the
past year but before that had no pain at all. Both of my bouts with
obstruction due to adhesions came out of the blue and required immediate
medical intervention. I'm just trying to decide if my lifestyle and
activities have made it worse or I would be in the same shape if I was a
couch potato.
