MY DOCTOR TOLD ME NOT TO TAKE FIBER BECAUSE IT CAUSES THE INTESTINES TO "SWELL" AND THAT MAKES IT HURT WORSE IF YOU HAVE ADHESIONS "WRAPPED" AROUND THEM.
