At several points during my treatment I was put on different anti-inflammatory medications for pain with adhesions, and it does nothing for the pain. Even while on Percoset I could still feel some of the pain on a bad day but it would at least take the edge off. Several doctors also told me that adhesions don't cause pain (???). That may be so but whatever they are attached to and pulling out of wack causes pain!

Has anyone tried or heard of anyone who tried myofacial massage for adhesions? That is the next suggestion by the doctor I have currently.
