Dear Patty Gray Wolf,

Why are the Dr.'s in Pa. Garhart and Reich so different from any other surgeron? What makes their success rate so high? Can someone tell me why some of us produce a problems with adhesions and others do not? Is there any genetic differences that we carry?

I live in Long Branch , New Jersey in an 104 year old Victorian home just blocks from the shore. I have 5 kids and have been married for 23 years. The adhesion problem started after I had weight loss surgery 2 1/2 years ago. I have malabsorbant issues and with the IBD that was somewhat caused by adhesions my energy levels have been low. I live with mild pain, but I live with worry and fright that one day I'll end up back in the operating room. I am very happy to have found this site, as I remain loyal to helping as many of us that need reassurences and advice.

I hope that all of us find the pain free gold at the end of the rainbow.

CONNIE
