Hi Kristie, Good to see you getting your ARD education. Lysis of adhesion or adhesiolysis is the procedure you undergo to remove adhesions. To do it properly is a whole other can of worms. There is a list here somewhere one the site that tells of proper surgical techniques to reduce the formation of adhesion. For now not many in this whole wide world preform this type of surgery with much success. They are there and there is hope for the not too distant future here. Keep reading! Warmest wishes.
