Dear Anita, Welcome to the Adhesions Board. I'm not a doctor, but
please, please do not let most doctors operate on you. If you are prone to
adhesions, it will just make things worse. As I understand your message
you are afraid of a bowel blockage, and have slight pain from time to
time. If you have no symptoms of a bowel blockage I would learn as much
as I can about them and then stop worrying. If you are not in agony from
the adhesions you could just leave them alone. Many people have them
and have no problems from them. This board and the Australian Adhesions
Site, Bombo Beach.com are filled with information. You need to study the
quilt, past emails, and all the other information here. Please do not do
anything hasty as adhesions are made worse by most surgeries. Please write again.
With kindest regards, Sally Grigg
