Hi Kristie, My name is Lillian I just want to tell you that I have had 2 different nerve blocks in the past 2 years and both of them were unsuccessful. I had a ilioinguinal iliohypogastric block and Hypogastric block and neither had any good effect on me if anything they made my pain increase to the point of having to have surgery. After the blocks nothing controlled my pain. I have tried many different types of therapy Matrix, deep tissue massage, Physical therapy nothing worked. I know some people try Yoga and different mind therapies but none of that helped me either.I tried hypmotizing,and accupuncture. It is such an agonizing pain I know, but like we all say what works for one doesn't always work for others. I wish you the best as you try to get a comfort level.
