Dear Dave,

Hi, yes, I am scared to death! That's why I went to the doctor on Friday to see if I had a kidney infection. All he did was a pee test to see if there was infection, but none was detected. I was thinking that I must have nerve damage or adhesions from my last surgery in August 2002. I must admit that I've had pains radiating down my leg at times when the pain gets really bad on my side, but I never have given it any more thought. I will be going to my gyno tomorrow and I will tell him about this.

Thank you for your input. It's people like you who have helped so many of us with our problems. I am glad that I can turn to this site for help. Can you give any more specifics on Tish's initial pain? I am beginning to feel like a hypocondriac thinking that I may have this or that, but I'd rather know up front what could be the cause then to close my eyes and let it get worse....especially if it is a blood clot. I've never felt this kind of pain before without it being a kidney infection, which I used to have continually when I was in my early 20s.

Thank you for your prayers and concern, Tonya

P.S. Do you have adhesions?
