This shook me up a bit too, since I leave Tuesday for Germany. All in all, I
still feel good about my decision. I have spent one year researching,
running from doctor to doctor......considering all my options. Now I may
not be an expert on understanding these clinical trials and pilot studies and
what not, but I do see some very qualified surgeons very interested if not
excited about Spraygel. I have also spoken personally with Lisa
Graven.....and this holds weight for me. I have reconized all along that
this may not be the answer to all of my problems but if I get some
improvement it will be better than the way things are going now for me. I
figure if I had cancer there are many treatment options and many opinions
from others about what one might do, but ultimately they are not in my shoes,
even adhesion sufferers share different experiences......some have bowel
involement some dont....etc. So I even tho I must admit this shook me up at
first....... I realize I can only make the decisions......based on
knowledge.....I firmly believe this is not snake oil......and I am not
expecting perfect results.....just the best chance of some help I can get.
So I am at peace with my decision......(I'm glad I only can make them for
myself) LOL....
When I get back I plan to post to my experience.......others will decide for
themselves......I sure have appreciated the ones who have shared thier
knowledge and experience and let us make our own decisions. Noone on this
board has ever pushed anything on me...............I have learned sooooooo
much. Even doctor moore in one of her posts said the one study looks
promising........
Any way just had to let you know I was feeling a little shook up too, I have
been known to get a bit shook up before surgery anyway! lol
