TONYA, HI MY NAME IS NICKY AND I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH ADHESIONS FOR EIGHT YEARS. I HAVE HAD TWO LAPR. SEVERE ADHESIONS AND THIS LAST ONE MY LEFT OVARY WAS TWISTED AROUND MY BOWEL AND EVERYTHING ELSE ATTACHED. 6WKS LATER I HAD A TOTAL HYST. I AM ONLY 30. MY PERIODS WERE TREMENDOUS. AND WHEN THE DR. WENT IN AND DID THE HYST. THE ADHESIONS WERE BACK IN FULL FORCE. HELEN SENT ME ALOT OF GOOD MATERIAL ALSO. I AM ONLY 4WKS POST OP. BUT I WOULD LIKE YOU LADIES TO KNOW THAT EVEN THOUGH THIS SURGERY AS WELL AS OTHER CAUSES MORE ADHESIONS THAT I FOUND OUT JUST RECENTLY THAT IF I WOULD NOT HAVE HAD IT DONE(THE HYST) THE ADHESIONS WOULD HAVE EVENTUALLY CAUSED SO MUCH DAMAGE TO MY FEMALE ORGANS AND THEY WOULD HAVE STOPPED WORKING AND I WOULD HAVE HAD TO HAVE THE HYST. ANYWAY. THIS IS NOT TO SCARE OR UPSET ANYONE JUST A LITTLE ADVICE TO THINK ABOUT.......
