Dear Cheryl I would either try the enima or use suppositories. If you do the later, try using 2 of them. If you used the enima and it doesn't work, try the suppositories. I just went a week with out a movement. I had been on a natural vitamin supplement that helped with digestion of small & large intestines. I took some the night I got them, then more the next morning & then had a hard bm, Yesterday, I had 2 bm's. I feel better now, not so much pain. I hope I helped some way. love robin M
