Annie:

I'm sorry you didn't get prompt replies on your post. That happens on a big board such as this, particularly when so many are in pain and the people on-line often come in and out.

I have been following your story somewhat on the bombobeach site, and really feel for you and empathize with how much you have suffered. I am Shawna French's Iowa friend and the Iowa representative for IAS. Shawna and I are our own support group in this state. We try to find ways to help each other, with suggestions and sometimes just to have someone on-line who understands, will listen and never tires of hearing about our shared plight. My personal story doesn't involve as many years or as much surgery as yours, but adhesions still have severely affected my life. If there is a hell, we certainly don't deserve to spend any time there because we have suffered enough on this earth!

Please feel free to e-mail me at any time and I will listen and try to help. I don't post much on this board, but I do read it more than once during the day and sometimes wander over to bombobeach too. I'm sure there's a lot we can learn from your experiences and from each other. I'm keeping you and all my IAS friends in my thoughts.
