Hi again Marla.. First Thank You So much for setting up the O-Group..you are awesome...ill be headed there next to check it out ..

Myself i am on Duragesic patches for pain and Lorcet 10mg for breakthrough..and when that doesnt cut it i do some relaxation and visualizing...i am Native American and also a very spiritual person..and meditation seems to help alot too. I would love to hear more about some of your techniques as well when you have time.. I have a good friend who is in to Reiki..and he has helped me before with some different massages..and that was absolutely awesome. I am also on Wellbutrin and xanax..for occasional use...if needed for anxiety. Well Thank You Again..and i look forward to hearing more from you... Hugs and Love Tish >
