There are no rules like that here. Basicly anything goes here. If you
need any help about how to go about a raffle, just let me know, I am
more than willing to help anyone! I might recomend a "guessing
competetion" about how many jelly beans are in a jar at $1.00 a guess
with a prize for the winner. Or how much an idem cost & win that prize.
I hope that might help anyone in your area.
