I want to help a friend with fundraising in the USA and I just read your message about raffles....
Here in Australia we can't conduct "raffles" without a license from the lotteries and gaming commission. We can conduct "Guessing competition" but we have to be a registered organisation. Is there any rules or regulations for that in the US?
