Hi Joanne, Thanks for prompt reply, we don't really have any difficulty getting ours published, we have been in three magazine articles lately and we got paid for some of them. The problem I found was that I then received hundreds of snail mail letters from people who needed help and I did not have the resources for back up.

Everyone thought what a great job they were doing and I had a nightmare every time the postman put the mail through my front door. I had to rush to print a brochure to send to people and then sit every night sending them out to people. I don't want to go through all that again. Until we can get some sponsors I have to be careful what I spend. I have already spent £1200 setting the website up.

Hi Kath,

I probably caused the confusion, it's "Chronic, Invisible Illness Awareness Week", I have written it so many times in amongst letters and papers I have been writing and about disability, I find myself mixing the two up! *sigh* there is a link to the info on the Australian Adhesions Support Group Site http://www.bombobeach.com read the september newsletter for details on what to write in the letter to the editor, you have my permission to copy the newsletter & send it to your members. Could you also ask all your members to send you a scanned copy of the actual article too please?? With details including the name of the paper, and date published, thanks. I will send you an email about what to do with them from there.

I hope the UK members are successful in getting letters published too.

love & warm gentle hugs, Jo
