Tammy,
I went to the Dr friday and for the first time he talked to me about Adhesions! He has done ll the testing you spoke of and he has been really good about working with me...he talked to me about the narcotic drugs to which I voiced my concern about becoming addicted, he has put me on Neorontin, its a seizure med, but also used for chronic pain, have you ever heard of this before?
I cannot tell you how nice it is to have a group of people who are so caring and helpful, we all know how it can be when there is chronic pain involved...a lot of people tune you out, very frustrating!
When I had my Gallbladder out it had been bad for almost 20 years, When the pain first started in my early 20s Drs. where very quick to write it off, then a bad attack one night turned into about 4 or 5 days of horrible pain so I went to my Dr and within a week My gallbladder was gone, they said it was one of the worst they had seen, so Im sure that adds to the adhesions...is that right?
Thank you again for writing, I hope for you a good day.
