I have ton's of pain when going to the bathroom, even passed out a few time's and lost concisousness. I take Metamucil and Milk of Magnesia, and sometimes Miralax to get a BM. I don't think I have adhesion's because I have never had surgery, but my doc say's I may have them from my bouts of infectious colitis,or Endo. I am having a Laprascopy soon, and hope to get to the bottom of thing's. I hope you can also, maybe you should print out some of the post's and info on this site, and bring it with you to the doctor. And ask about a medication called Bentyl, which help with stomach spasams. Maybe that will work for you. Good luck and my prayers are with you and everyone else who is suffering. Laura
