I really have to agree with this theory, because I had to cut the milk and acidy stuff from diet (don't need them anyway) and I find I can be pain free. Definitely have to increase the fiber. That explains why a friend of mine who had surgery 3 or 4 years doctor increase her fiber and she has been pain free everysince.
